The Boost Juice Support Centre has a creative, clever and dedicated in-house marketing department, which means that there is rarely a need for us to engage external resources. The department is divided into the creative design, digital and social media, local area marketing and customer relations teams. Our marketing department works closely with our franchise partners to deliver fun and exciting national (and local area) campaigns that engage with each store’s customers and continues to promote brand recognition and sales growth.
New Boost Juice franchise partners are required to complete a comprehensive three-week training program (in Melbourne) prior to operating a Boost Juice business. The training is delivered by our dedicated Learning and Development team and covers the key practical and back-of-house systems and process associated with operating a Boost store. After the successful completion of the training, new partners will also receive five days of settlement/ grand opening in-store support from the Learning and Development team.
The successful selection of quality franchise partners has played a pivotal role in the success of the Boost Juice brand. We are looking for committed owner/ operators who are dynamic and passionate about Boost Juice. Whilst previous experience in owning or operating a business would be advantageous, it is not imperative as part of the selection process. Our franchising team are looking for applicants who love our brand, our products, are determined and willing to work in a fun and vibrant environment and simply share our love life ethos!
Length of Agreement
When purchasing a new store, the term of the franchise agreement with Boost Juice is seven years and commences on the date the store begins trading. When purchasing an existing store, applicants will have their own franchise agreement with Boost, but will take over the existing franchise partner's months or years remaining on their agreement. Partners are also able to sell their store at any time, you do not need to wait until the end of your agreement to sell your store.
