PACK & SEND offers 4 weeks comprehensive training, starting with a 2 week induction training program covering every aspect of owning & operating a PACK & SEND Service Centre and managing customer online parcel bookings. There is 1 week in a Corporate Owned Service Centre to gain 'hands on' experience. The 4th week of training is delivered onsite when you are trading in your Service Centre.
PACK & SEND seeks entrepreneurial sales and customer service focussed Franchisees that value a culture of ‘No Limits’. You will require a desire to go the extra mile for your customers with your ‘No Limits’ culture to Customer Service!
There is no need to have experience in freight or logistics; in fact many of our most successful franchisees came into the business without any freight background.

Our customers are potentially every business and person that has a need to send or receive parcels, including eCommerce businesses. We handle one-off small volume transactional jobs as well as business customers who regularly send large volumes of freight on a daily basis.
The PACK & SEND franchise grants to a person the licence to receive:
