Marketing support
All franchisees are supported with National Marketing Programs run by our marketing department. In addition to this each franchisee gets support by a Marketing Executive to create with them, a Local Area Marketing plan tailored to their store.
Marketing programs are executed in an integrated way to grow sales and build customer awareness.
Training provided
Jamaica Blue offers a 6 week comprehensive training program, tailored to the individual needs of our franchise partners, delivered through: our Centre of Retail Excellence (CORE), Instore, ongoing Workshops and through our E-Learning online platform.
Our 6 week training and business program includes: Business & Financial Management, HR, Marketing, Culinary Skills, Customer Service and Barista Training to ensure the Jamaica Blue Brand promise is delivered in every location and you are confident and ready to run your own store.
