The Vale is a sultry venue on the Union Rd strip in Ascot Vale. The area has changed dramatically in the last couple of years with the street being much cleaner and some very nice businesses popping up around the Vale. Heading to the rear of the venue is a compact but efficient fully equipped commercial kitchen. Off this is a courtyard for deliveries with an external cool room. Upstairs is a cosy function room and through a side door a one bedroom apartment that is a great place to live in or sublet.
The Vale has a General Licence until 1am on site and 11pm off site, with the capacity of 100. Rent comes in at $1900 a week including GST with nine years left on the lease made up of 3+3+3. The Vale is run under semi management at the moment but suits someone that wants to take on a lovely venue as an owner operator.
