All franchisees are supported with National Marketing Programs run by it's marketing department. In addition to this each franchisee gets support by a Marketing Executive to create with them, a Local Area Marketing plan tailored to their store.
Marketing programs are executed in an integrated way to grow sales and build customer awareness.
** Skills and Support **
UFG offers an intensive 2 week training course to teach you everything you need to know about operating your own Universal Fitness gym. On top of this you will be assigned a Business Support Manager (BSM) to continue to support you.
