Expressions of interest are sought in respect to the purchase of a Company's business and assets as a Going Concern. The business operates as a premium fresh food grocer from leased premises in the newly redeveloped Chatswood market precinct of the Chatswood Chase shopping centre which is in the final stages of a major redevelopment.
Assets available for sale include:
Store fit out including:
o delicatessen area
o butchery
o seafood display and fishtank
o self service hot pastry, pineapple cutting, coffee and nut butter machine
o brand new Arneg Water (Made in Italy) loop refrigeration units
o commercial kitchen set up including ovens, dishwasher, gas stove
o POS system with integrated CCTV and full body recognition software,

Interested parties will be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any sale memorandum or being allowed to carry out any due diligence.
