FIRE Fit's signature programmes are engaging and time-efficient. Eighty percent of classes are fusion classes which not only challenge the body in new ways but also keep members motivated.
STRIDE combines treadmill running, weight training, and body weight movement.
STRIKE programme, treadmill work is replaced by boxing moves.
RIDE Yoga combines thirty minutes of high intensity sprints, followed by a power yoga segment which presents participants with the thrill of HIIT cycling and the calmness of yoga.
FORCE you'll be using dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, resistance bands and there WILL be chin ups the ultimate strength goal. There will be short blocks of work that target alternating muscle groups.
BARRE's workout is a fiery combination of ballet, contemporary dance and HIIT. You'll be working your legs and glutes with dance-based moves and getting a full body burn with the HIIT workout. Sliders, resistance bands, dumbbells and Pilates balls ensure that you can work those smaller muscles that were long forgotten.
REVOLUTION gets you fired up with a wide variation of exercises at different stations. Alternating functional training, cardio and strength training using battle ropes, the Airbike or Maxtrainer, dumbbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight.
