Rick is a proven industry professional that has developed an intimate understanding of the retail property climate in Melbourne and Victoria. He has studied and analysed retail and commercial property design concepts, shopping centre performance, retail growth strategies and understands what works in the retail investment environment today.

Rick’s association with property has been further deepened in serving an extensive network of family and friends with their property investment decisions across major assets.
