A burst of energy is what you’re in for when meeting Michelle Pownall – Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant at Ray White Stocker Preston! There’s definitely no lack of enthusiasm here and what makes Michelle even more delightful is her love for life and property.

With Michelle, it’s all about ‘you’, the customer. Her days in hospitality have nurtured a ‘care’ factor beyond one of servicing but one for people, their stories, and helping solve their challenges.

Michelle joins the Commercial team with a wealth of Real Estate knowledge and a set of diverse skills. First licensed in 2004, Michelle has been immersed in the real estate or the construction industry in some form ever since.

Well-traveled Michelle grew up in Applecross in Perth, but has lived as far away as the Daintree, Brisbane, Fitzroy crossing and Kalgoorlie, and now Busselton. Having lived all over Australia and sold Commercial all over the state, Michelle has formed valuable relationships. Most importantly Michelle enjoys connecting and relating to each individual. Having owned and managed a small business, Michelle carries firsthand experience of the challenges operators face.

Never short of an idea, Michelle loves the creative process, particularly surrounding space innovation through building/developing/renovating.

Her passions are torn between both diving and development.

“I love the Busselton Jetty and the preservation of the beautiful underwater world I visit through diving. As well as property I love seeing the possibility in every space. From a blank block of land to a warehouse, everything in property presents a prosperous opportunity to create something new and better. I clearly cannot do everything, so I then LOVE helping other people see and realise their property opportunities”.

When it’s not all about property, you’ll find Michelle engaged in the local Community. Michelle is a member of the Busselton Tennis Club, a committee member of Port Geographe Landowners association PGLOA, in her hometown, and an avid volunteer for Cinefest Oz.
