Mark Howlett

Mark has served the Tweed Coast region in real estate for close to 30 years.

Mark and his wife Vanessa have been one of the longest serving owners of a real estate office on the Tweed Coast, having operated an office from the heart of this region - Bogangar/Cabarita Beach for over 20 years. Mark has an intimate knowledge of the region from Fingal in the north to Pottsville in the south and west to the coastal hinterland.

Mark understands the pressures attached to buying and selling real estate and he takes very seriously the responsibility as agent to assist all clients to achieve their desired result. Mark believes in the importance of a relationship of trust with his clients, which he achieves through effective communication, empathy, attention to detail and giving his undivided attention when it is required.

Mark would love to share his appreciation of this beautiful area with new clients so they can experience the coastal lifestyle of surfing, fishing, and the stunning natural environment.
