From 2011 through until 2022 Laura held the position of Property and Leasing Manager for Paspaley Pearls Properties where she managed various properties including the 20,000 square metres Charles Darwin tower on Darwin's Smith Street mall along with other properties including Broome Shopping Centre in W.A (anchored by Coles, Australia Post & Best and Less) comprising 27 tenancies. This Centre enjoys high occupancy with its vacancy profile never exceeding 5%.
