Jared brings over 12 years of property experience to the Commercial Collective team, with a strong track record across multiple sectors including commercial, retail and industrial. Jared has extensive experience and knowledge in strategic asset planning, asset value creation and developing creative marketing campaigns.

Jared’s background also includes the divestment of off-the-plan commercial developments and identifying development and value-add sites.

Prior to relocating to Newcastle in 2020, Jared predominantly worked in the office leasing market in Sydney where he formed strong relationships with key private and institutional clients and successfully delivered several major leasing campaigns.
