Now focused on business development in Commercial Management, Gillian plays a key role in identifying and cultivating new opportunities, building strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients to expand Colliers' presence in the region.

Gillian’s background in business and hotel management—shaped by international training with Hilton Hotels—has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a calm, solution-oriented approach. Her ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored property strategies has made her a trusted advisor in the Toowoomba CBD and surrounding areas.

Recognised for her approachable, professional style and commitment to results, Gillian thrives in relationship-driven environments.
