The team of Jamie Vine and Dan Clarke have decades of combined commercial real estate experience between them, and lead a strong team of professionals servicing Perth, Western Australia.

Liberty was founded in 2010 by Jamie Vine. Liberty is an Australian owned and operated business.

Chief Executive Jamie Vine spent 15 years in senior positions in the property industry across Europe, where he was instrumental in achieving some of the phenomenal growth experienced within the sector. It is this experience that has defined Liberty’s client centric proposition and launched the business into Australasia.

Jamie has over 30 years commercial experience across the telecoms, capital equipment, commercial real estate, facilities management and corporate outsourcing sectors.

Head of Commercial Dan Clarke has been engaged in the selling and leasing of Office & Industrial assets for property firms for the past 9 years. Prior to joining Liberty, Dan was the Associate Director in the Office Leasing department of Ray White Commercial, and prior to that a Senior Leasing Negotiator and an Associate Director at Knight Frank.

Dan’s experience and expertise are from large CBD, West Perth & Subiaco investments to medium boutique offerings within Perth’s fringe and suburban areas. His role involved securing suitable tenants for these assets and negotiating commercial terms by working with the client, tenant, and lawyer to produce the necessary documentation.
