This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Brisbane Markets Limited (BML) - the owner of Queensland's only central fruit and vegetable market, the Brisbane Markets. The Brisbane Markets are the State's most important centre for the marketing and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables. Recently BML recorded annual trade in excess of 550,000 tonnes of produce valued at more than $1.045 billion.
This long-established, well-respected business has been in operation for some 22 years and is both Quality Assured and HACCP Approved. Growers for speciality lines are sought Australia Wide with selected imports occurring. Enormous potential exists to further develop aspects of this business including:

Two fully insulated, lockable sales floors are in a premium position within BML's central courtyard. These bays, on separate leases, are larger than average - each measuring 170 square metres with an enviable 6 metre frontage each. There are 6 separate temperature controlled areas to cater for different product requirements. The main cold room is equipped with 3-pallet-high racking.

The central position of the business provides easy access to the BML Administration Building, other warehouses and the Market Cafe from the back dock.
