The land is gently undulating and the high rainfall of the region and topography of the land allows the meandering creek to wind its way through predominantly the land from north to south. A great watering hole for wildlife, marron and yabbies.
There is currently no Heritage notation on the title.
There is a clearing for building a structure and inclusive of a large dam. Sited approximately 2.6 km along Church Road from the West End Highway intersection.
