2447ML - NOT JUST A 26 BEDDER, 90 MINUTES FROM MELBOURNE
- It's the only motel in town.
- A town where business growth is taking off..
- But even before this, the motel has excellent trade..
- There's a three bedroom residence or two with another room to sell.
It's smack dab in the middle of a town surrounded by rolling hills where a lot of cows live, yet only 30 minutes away from the beaches of Inverloch, the inspirations of Wilson's Prom and the hustle of Philip Island.
With agreed overseas investment, Korumburra is about to become the export centre for quality dairy product into the close Asian markets. Such potential, and so close to Melbourne.

Location: Korumburra is a charming township set amongst the rolling green hillsides of South Gippsland. Located just a 90 minute drive from Melbourne, this friendly country township is a long way from the hustle and bustle of suburban life, but is accessible enough to make daily commuting to the suburbs an easy possibility.
With a population of over 3,200, Korumburra is big enough to supply most service needs, but is still small enough to retain a relaxed, country lifestyle. Korumburra is second only to Leongatha as the largest urban settlement in the South Gippsland Shire. The towns are located just a short fifteen minute drive apart.
The town was an important black coal mining centre in the late 1800's, but as that industry declined, Korumburra turned to dairying due to its fertile soils and reliable rainfall, allowing cattle to graze on rich, green pastures all year round. Burra Foods operate a large factory in Korumburra, producing a range of dairy ingredients including milk, cream, yoghurt and cheese.
