    The property is ideally suited to the production of wheat, barley, oats, lupins, canola and other legume cultivars. Grain averages of 3tph for cereals and 1.5tph for canola.

    Merino sheep have occupied the property for many years with normal numbers around 900 with a peak stocking rate at 2,000 head.

    The property receives annual applications of lime as determined by soil tests. 100% of the property has had lime applied with 10% receiving gypsum applications. Lime has been applied to the property from 2007 by the current owners at 300 to 400tpa.
