Dunsborough Storage Units
There are 39 units fully enclosed in a building comprising two levels, with a central drive through.
Ground Floor: 18 units from 6sqm to 18sqm
First Floor: 21 units from 6sqm to 12sqm
First floor units are serviced by a goods lift and stairs. No power is available in units, there is a light which is activated by the roller door.
Access is controlled by a swipe card which gives access through a service door into the building where you can activate the roller door for vehicle access.
Vehicle entry is from the Commonage Road end of the building with a one way drive through exiting onto Faure Lane at the rear of the building.
Common courtesy should be displayed so access is not blocked for prolonged periods whilst people load/unload.
Access to your unit is available 7 days from 5am to 12 midnight.
SECURITY AND UNIT LOCKS
The building has an electronic alarm system with CCTV cameras operating 24 hrs. You will need to provide your own lock for the roller door of your unit.
The goods lift is available to transfer goods to and from the first floor units. The lift is strictly for goods only as it is illegal for persons to travel in the lift.
The minimum rental term is 3 months which can become monthly after the first 3 months.
Rates for each unit size are attached. Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or by eftpos at Stocker Preston Rental Office in Dunsborough Centrepoint Shopping Centre. Payment by credit card is not available.
BOND AND ADMINISTRATION FEE
At the commencement of your rental a bond of two weeks rental is payable in addition to your first months rent. The bond is held in Stocker Preston's Trust Account and is fully refundable provided that there is no damage, abandoned goods, rubbish or unpaid rent when you vacate. A nonrefundable administration fee of $27.50 is payable at the start of your rental.
A key deposit of $20 is payable at commencement which is refundable on return of your swipe card. There will be a charge of $20 to supply a replacement card if your card is lost or damaged.
STORAGE LICENCE AGREEMENT
To hire a unit you will be required to sign a Storage Licence Agreement which details the full Terms and
Conditions of your rental.
The building is covered for Fire, Storm & Tempest and Public Liability. You need to arrange insurance cover for your goods.
