    Situation: Only 28 kms northeast of Chinchilla in the renowned Burncluith cattle district. Mostly all bitumen road access apart from 8kms of all-weather gravel.
    Area: 526.8 ha's (1,301 acres) RPD: Lot 65 & 69 on LY 321 Western Downs Regional Council.
    Country: 100% all Brigalow, Belah melon hole soils presently showing a strong stand of natural Blue Grass over most of the property. All has been cleared except for approx 95 acres which is purple on a veg map with the balance white. Presently showing some slight regrowth which has mostly all been treated with Graslan in the last 12 mths.
