• Location
Carousel is ideally located at Wirrega on the Dukes Highway which is approximately 21km from Keith and 23km from Bordertown, while Adelaide is 250km and Melbourne is 520km. Both Keith and Bordertown are significant rural centers offering lucerne seed industry associated service industries and retail outlets.

• Land
A high light of Carousel is the near perfect balance of loam over clay and limestone which is ideal for lucerne production - particularly irrigated lucerne seed production along with lucerne hay and livestock grazing including cattle and sheep.
