The historic stone dwelling on the western side of the homestead, built ca 1865, could be used as a studio, children’s play room or simply for storage. The original Scott’s fireplace in the stone dwelling could easily be converted into a pizza oven. The ruins of the old bakehouse and condiment store on the eastern side of the homestead offer themselves to be rebuilt for their original use or simply as a store room.
